Welcome to Nunuzi! These Terms of Service ("Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nunuzi website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Platform”), operated by Saron Management Group Ltd ("we,” "us,” "our”).


By accessing or using Nunuzi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.


 

1. 

Eligibility

 


You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Nunuzi. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


 

2. Platform Overview

 


Nunuzi connects merchants, home businesses, and SMEs with customers by providing a digital platform for showcasing, ordering, and delivering products. The platform operates in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Eldoret and offers:

  • Online order placement

  • Rider-based delivery

  • Real-time merchant & rider settlement

  • Payment collection

  • Transaction management

 


 

3. User Accounts

 


To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

 


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.


 

4. Merchant Terms

 


Merchants agree to:

  • List only genuine products or services they can deliver

  • Honor advertised prices and delivery timelines

  • Keep inventory and availability updated

  • Comply with Nunuzi’s pricing and commission structure (currently 11% per transaction)

 


Nunuzi reserves the right to delist merchants for non-compliance, fraud, or consistent customer complaints.


 

5. Customer Terms

 


Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Make timely payments for confirmed orders

  • Treat merchants and riders respectfully

 


Nunuzi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect user input or lack of cooperation.


 

6. Payments and Fees

 


Nunuzi partners with secure third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize the processing of applicable fees, commissions, and product costs.


Prices may include delivery fees, platform service charges, and taxes where applicable.


 

7. Deliveries

 


Delivery timelines vary by location and merchant. While we strive for same-day delivery, actual times may depend on availability, distance, and rider logistics.


You will receive real-time updates and tracking details where possible.


 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

 

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

  • Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations or disputes, subject to merchant approval and investigation.

  • Nunuzi reserves the right to resolve disputes between merchants, customers, and riders fairly but has final authority in all matters.

 


 

9. Prohibited Conduct

 


You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Platform’s code or design

 


 

10. Intellectual Property

 


All content, trademarks, graphics, and platform design belong to Saron Management Group Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.


 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

 


The Platform is provided "as is” and "as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about:

  • The reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform

  • The quality or safety of products or services sold by third-party merchants

 


Use the Platform at your own risk.


 

12. Limitation of Liability

 


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saron Management Group Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses due to delays, delivery failures, or product defects

  • Unauthorized account access or data breaches

 


 

13. Termination

 


We may suspend or terminate your access to Nunuzi at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.


You may stop using the Platform at any time.


 

14. Governing Law

 


These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.


 

15. Changes to Terms

 


We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
